Operational Definition
One occurrence would be coded when an interaction gap of a defined short duration (e.g., 1 to 10 minutes) follows an intensive task block and precedes resumption, identifiable from session timestamps as a deliberate within-session pause.
Measurement Schema
Proposed measurement protocol (not yet empirically validated): Behavioral-log timing: detection of short inter-task gaps (1 to 10 minutes) from session timestamps; count of such micro-breaks per work block, optionally annotated by the user as intentional versus incidental.
