Andreas Ehstand

Independent Researcher·Human-AI Interaction·Starnberg, Germany

Andreas Ehstand is an independent researcher focused on Human-AI Interaction and the author of the AUGMANITAI corpus — a descriptive terminology for phenomena emerging from sustained work with generative AI. The methodological frame — observable, decomposable, measurable — adapts a performance-analysis approach from over a decade of high-performance sport coaching to human-AI interaction, and cross-walks to established constructs such as flow, tacit knowledge, and cognitive load. Earlier academic background at TU Dortmund (Institute for School Development Research) and the University of Bayreuth. Co-author of the book Faszination Padel (Meyer & Meyer Publishers, 2024).
