The tendency to reveal more personal information in late-night AI sessions than the same person would share with clearer daytime awareness. It emerges in the hours when fatigue lowers inhibition and the felt privacy of a one-to-one exchange feels total. The disclosure is recognized often only afterward, when the user reviews a session and notices how much was given away.
